Our CEO,  J. Vincent Demps brought together a team of former professional athletes, coaches, and licensed agents. Mr. Demps has been  represents college and professional athletes both domestically and abroad. Through this relationships, Mr. Demps has learned agent regulations, player associations, endorsements, collective bargaining agreements, draft preparations, recruiting, marketing, and ethics related to athlete representation. Mr. Demps has a Master Degree in Business and Contract Law from University of Tennessee-Knoxville and has also studied Mastery of Negotiation at Harvard University Business School. He is a FIBA, WNBPA Certified Agent and a multi-state licensed athlete agent in over 14 states who is knowledgeable in NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) laws.
