Mr. Demps has been mentored by registered agents who have represented current and former professional players in their prospective leagues. Through this relationship, Mr. Demps has learned agent regulations, player associations, endorsements, collective bargaining agreements, draft preparations, recruiting, marketing, and ethics related to athlete representation. Mr. Demps is a FIBA, WNBPA Certified Agent and a multi-state licensed athlete agent who is knowledgeable in NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) laws.
